Voith Schneider Propellers (VSP) are widely fitted to tractor tugs, offshore support vessels, and double-ended ferries requiring instantaneous thrust vectoring. Historically, a damaged VSP blade or leaking blade seal meant taking the vessel out of water.
Using specialized tooling and OEM-aligned procedures, our diving teams extract damaged vertical VSP blades, renew lower rotor casing seals, and install replacement blades afloat—returning critical harbor and offshore tugs to service within hours.
